That's gorgeous. Contrast just right - on my monitor, anyway.

But I don't know where it is. I seems more like Scotland than the Lakes, perhaps somewhere on the Dingwall to Ullapool road, or north of Loch Lomond, south of Crianlarich? Seems too placid a river for so (apparently) high in the Lakes.

You're very close.....it is in fact Bridge of Orchy just north of Tyndrum.
